Nina is an accredited Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist (BHSc) and CrossFit trainer, specialising in sports and performance nutrition, disordered eating, and plant-based diets.
Originally from Switzerland, Nina now calls sunny Western Australia home. A passionate foodie, she is also a recipe developer, part-time blogger, athlete, and type 1 diabetic. Her love for nutrition began after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and competing in high-level sports. However, this journey took a challenging turn, leading to a long battle with an eating disorder.
Today, Nina is healthier and happier than ever, dedicating her work to educating, supporting, and empowering clients worldwide. She helps individuals learn how to fuel their bodies effectively, optimise sports performance, achieve health goals, and cultivate a balanced relationship with food.
With a strong emphasis on evidence-based, fad-free nutrition, Nina is passionate about cutting through misinformation and showing that true health is about more than just kale smoothies and quinoa—it’s about sustainability, balance, and nourishment.
Paisley Madison is a dedicated coach and facilitator who champions wellbeing, community, and spirituality. With a unique ability to synthesise diverse disciplines—including psychology, marketing, philosophy, mindfulness, ritual, and poetry—she creates transformative experiences that inspire deep connection and self-discovery.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Paisley has travelled the world, learning from renowned teachers and masters who challenge and expand the human experience. Her lifelong curiosity has fuelled a passion for bringing spirituality and wellbeing into the lives of individuals, businesses, and communities seeking deeper connection and meaning.

During the retreat, we will explore numerous styles of Breathwork, exploring ways to change and control our emotional state, we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves deeply into the practise, experiencing all the benefits of Breathwork.
