Alex is the founder of Innermost Being, a heart-led wellness space devoted to guiding people back home to themselves, to their hearts and the quiet wisdom within. Through breathwork, yoga, and self-transformation practices, she creates safe and nurturing spaces where body, mind and soul can realign in harmony.
Her work weaves conscious breath, mindful movement, and meditation to support emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. With a gentle and grounded approach, Alex offers practices that are welcoming and accessible for everyone, including complete beginners.
Alex will offer three experiences over the weekend. All sessions are beginner-friendly and open to anyone curious to explore the power of breath, movement and presence.

A gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to bring you back into your body through slow, mindful movement and breath awareness. The session will begin with pranayama (breathwork) to settle the nervous system and anchor your awareness before moving into the body.
This guided breathwork journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner world. Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be supported to release tension held in the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotional clarity and insight.
Step into a powerful breathwork experience designed to awaken your energy and bring you fully back to life. In this session, you’ll learn how to use your breath to move energy, release tension and create a shift in both mind and body, leaving you with a sense of clarity and expansion. From here, you’re invited to continue into an ice bath and sauna, further supporting this awakening.

Grace is a Perth-based kinesiologist and sound healer who is passionate about guiding others back to balance, clarity, and inner alignment. With a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, she combines kinesiology, energy work and the therapeutic power of sound to support emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
Grace creates calm and supportive spaces through her sessions, sound baths, and events, allowing people to slow down, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Her intention is to help others restore their energy, find greater harmony within and align with their truest self.
Join Grace for a deeply restorative sound healing journey designed to cultivate inner peace and self-love.
In the warmth of this sacred space, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to realign in harmony.
This session is for anyone seeking to nourish themselves, release stress and step into a space of love and serenity.
No prior experience is needed - just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Jane is a Remedial Massage Therapist and SOMA Breath™ breathwork instructor. With a background as an elite gymnast and years of strength training, she understand firsthand what it takes to keep a body moving well under load. I help active people relieve tension, move better and perform with confidence, without overcomplicating the process.
My approach blends hands-on therapy, movement, and nervous system work to get real, lasting changes you can feel. I’m big on education, so you don’t just feel better for a day, you learn how to be more in tune with your body and be body wise in how you move, train and recover.
Jane will offer two experiences over the weekend.

This is a practical, full-body mobility session designed to help you move more freely, feel less restricted, and improve how your body performs day-to-day and in training.
Drawing from my background in gymnastics and strength training, I’ll take you through simple, effective mobility drills that combine breath, control, and strength — not just passive stretching. You’ll learn how to actively access and control your range of motion so your body feels more capable, not just temporarily looser.
This guided SOMA Breath session is designed to elevate your energy, sharpen your focus, and reset your nervous system using science-backed breathwork techniques.
Through rhythmic breathing patterns, breath holds, and music-guided sequences, you’ll tap into a powerful state that helps increase oxygen efficiency, boost mental clarity, and leave you feeling energised and switched on.
This isn’t just relaxation — it’s an active, engaging experience that shifts your state and gives you a tool you can use anytime you need a reset or performance boost.

Fresh to the industry, Pilates with Jules mirrors her life. A little messy, lots of laughs and a killer soundtrack. When she’s not making shapes on her mat or reformer, she’s keeping the people of Dunsborough happily caffeinated.
Whether you’re a Pilates regular or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this class is for you. Jules will guide you through a 45 minute session focused on control and building strength from the inside out. Expect to work, expect to feel it and expect to leave with a little more length and a lot more body awareness.
Ness is a Womens strength Coach. With over 8 years of experience coaching Women, she meets you exactly where you are, whether it’s your first time picking up a barbell or you’ve been lifting for years.
Her approach blends strength and mobility so you don’t just get stronger, you move better, feel more confident, more resilient and stay pain free.
Her mission? To help real Women build strength and confidence for life. No perfection. No extremes.

Jordanna is a Remedial Massage Therapist, and is the owner of Base Body by JC. She has a passion for helping others feel more calm and safe within their body by addressing presentations, symptoms and postural holding patterns. She treats the body as a whole as she understands the many systems and how they simply do not work in isolation. She specialises in releasing muscle tension in a calm and manageable manner, and teaches you how to work with your body in and out of the treatment room so you can leave feeling safe, supported and relaxed.
Her intention is simple; to create a safe space facilitating rest and recovery of the human body and mind.
An intentional workshop using myofascial practices for body awareness, function and nervous system regulation, facilitated by Jordanna of Base Body by JC.
Across the workshop, you will be guided through trigger point techniques to explore where you hold tension within the body and how to soften it in a calm and manageable manner. You will learn simple, realistic practices to sprinkle into your life and how to create a supportive space at home for your practice.
This session is intentionally designed to show you just how nourishing and necessary this work is. It gets to be a mindful practice that guides you back to your baseline, again and again.
We’ve packed the weekend with more than just movement. Think wine, line dancing, coffee meetups and cold dips, because rest and play are of it too.

Free event 👑
This stunning coastal walk traces the north-facing shores of Geographe Bay, winding through pristine bushland, past hidden coves and white sandy beaches until you reach the iconic Meelup Beach.
No experience needed, just solid shoes, a water bottle and a willingness to show up before the rest of the world wakes. 🌿
Rhys and Emma Parker run their Urban Micro Winery and their wines are anything but ordinary. Small batch, minimal intervention, handpicked and handled entirely by hand from crush to bottle.
These are wines made with real intention, so Saturday afternoon we’re sitting down with Vallée du Venom to taste their range, slow down and enjoy one of the best things the Southwest does well. Good wine, good company, no rush. 🍷

Bring your moves and absolutely zero shame! This is the part of the weekend where we stop taking ourselves seriously and just have fun. No experience needed, just show up, follow along and prepare to laugh a lot. See you on the dance floor.
