Each retreat will not be the same and for future retreats we want to connect and collaborate with other like-minded businesses to create unique experiences. Depending on the location and group, experiences could be curated to look like:

Your Hosts - Ness (Vanessa Mannington)
With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, Ness is a fully accredited Strength coach dedicated to empowering women through movement, mindset and motivation. She has built a loyal community of strong, confident and inspired clients who resonate with her uplifting ethos and results-driven approach.
Her training philosophy is about more than just lifting weights, it’s about unlocking your potential. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned lifter, her coaching is designed to meet you where you are and elevate you to where you want to be.
Having lived in Canggu, Bali for three years back in 2015 and working with a Women’s retreat during that time, Ness discovered a deep passion for creating transformational experiences beyond the gym. This ignited the spark to create her own experiences that bring people together, foster connection and create lasting impact

Your Hosts - Lloyd Johnson
Lloyd is a Sports Scientist, ZUU & Ankorr Master Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and the Owner and Director of Aspire. Lloyd has set about uniting a team of like-minded individuals who are highly skilled in their respective fields to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to train in.
He has been passionate about creating an ego-free community, where members of all ages and abilities can come together to socialise and safely train together in a healthy & balanced manner to help improve all areas of their physical and mental health.

Your Hosts - Nina Buys
Nina is a qualified breathwork and meditation facilitator, offering a unique approach that invites openness and authenticity.
Her classes are considered and are thoughtfully composed of breathwork patterns to open, shift and release. Incorporating carefully curated playlists and the use of binaural beats to complete the sessions, an elevated experience is often achieved.
Driven by her passion to support others on their path to self-discovery, Nina is dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate their inner landscapes with grace, cultivating inner peace and equipping them with invaluable tools for self-soothing and personal transformation.
