Bespoke One on One Coaching

$89 per week

For the woman who wants personalised coaching with real support every step of the way.

You’ll get direct access to message support, weekly 1:1 check-ins, and tailored guidance across training, nutrition, and mindset, all designed to help you stay on track, enjoy the process and reach your goals with confidence.

✓ 3, 4 or 5 day training options

✓ Personalised calorie & macro recommendations, adjusted as needed and monitored over your training phases

✓ Habit tracking of your progress, weights, measurements, sleep, steps & more

✓ Goal setting & mindset tools to set you up for success and educate you to build life long habits

✓ Weekly detailed one on one check-in with Ness to go over your training, nutrition, food diary, lift technique, habits, feedback & more

✓ In app message support with Ness

✓ Option to join the LWN Facebook community of like minded Women who support each other, with weekly accountability and education
